Try a new high output battery, making sure it is in correctly. Next, try to connect it to your computer and in systems configurations or network highlight your player then click at the top of the menu bar the update driver. Let your computer search the web for a new driver. There should be drivers on your player but they can be damaged by a download from a web site or corrupted from a malfunctioning USB Cable. If you still have the little disc for the USB DRIVER, you can install a new on from it. The disk on your player may need to be wiped clean or all files deleted to restore the player to fuctionality. See if you can downlaod them all to your computer first then try to reinstall the needed driver then upload the music files again. Good luck.
Your player may have experienced a hazard such as a strong magnet at a store, the ones you walk through to leave the store can damage anything you are carryng, including your credit cards. Also, the scanners that the cashier passes your purchase over which reads the numeric UPC or Universal Product Code, if your player came in contact with one or your credit cards, can be affected. It is a good thing to shield your personal data anyway when out in public as the new rip off is to read the electronic chips in credit cards, just by using sensitive equipment that can hear them. A thin layer of aluminum foil inside the lining of new wallets this fall was an attempt to see if this will avert an identity theft/ hacker problem.

My delstar mp3 player model DS3512
The disk you used the first time should still have a copy on file in your computer. Look for AMV Converter; AMV Player; Media Manager; MP3 Player Disk Manager; MP3 Player Upgrade Tool; Uninstall. My little booklet said I didn't need the drivers on the disk but I wanted to know more about the machine than what I could get from the horrible english version of the booklet. I bought the extended warrenty for mine.
Last resort: Click on the UPGRADE TOOL and when you get to the companies website for the download, switch to the: contact us email, if you registered your machine for the warrenty they may let you purchase a replacement disk.
