Sometmes the regulator needs to be reset. Follow these steps exactly. Turn off the gas valve at the burner. Turn off the tank valve. Slowly turn the gas tank valve on. THEN turn on the valve to the burner. Be aware that the wind will blow this burner out fairly easily as well. It may be necessary to locate the burner out of any possible drafty areas.
