The UPS dont go to on batteri
Say that question again. When poer is disconnected, the UPS dies????
The battery may be dead. Ensure that the battery is connected. If it is, the battery needs to be replaced.
No Power Up
The battery charger inside the UPS is faulty so check the transistors including the rectifier on the heat sink. Replace the faulty ones and your UPS will be good. I strongly suggest that you check all the transistors on the PC board just to make sure that the whole board is ok after replacing the transistors

Battery Failure
Hi
if the battery is bad you better to replace a new one!
Thanks!
Reboot
u don't need to reboot, if the ups is doing it it may have a board problem
Fan is running constantly
in the 9120 series the fan is allways working, but as 2 speeds. the higher goes of when the load goes around 80% or the temperature inside is higher. just make sure the the fans are clean, and check the ups temperature.
but is normal.
good luck
Inverter
yes, but i don´t know if a dealer will sale it to u, if u have one it´s pretty easy to replace it. make sure that u mark the cables before u disconnect them, and frist of all unpluged the batteries.
anyway normaly the board will cost almost as much as a new ups.
good luck
9120 Battery Failure
sounds like inverter is unhappy(causing the input fuse to blow. maybe, just maybe, this Powerware 9120 has given up the ghost? The inverter can short for a variety of reasons. Try to take out the battery completely, and run it as just a power conditioner. If that works, then you have an unhappy inverter in there.
Powering up
Either you are not plugged into the backed-up outlets on the UPS (many brands have both on them), or the battery pack inside is dead.
No Power
You should measure AC voltage from the output of the transformer to the bridge rectifier, and after the rectifier you should see a DC voltage (you may also read some "ripple" AC voltage on the DC side as well). Check across each battery to see how many volts DC they are receiving (as they will all be in series connection ie one after the other). Batteries are the usual problem with faulty UPS's. You may have a problem battery or multiple problem batteries and they may need replacing.
9120 Capacitor & transistor problems
Well all of the above mentioned parts are available in any electronics spare parts store. The capacitors are common which you can easily buy in any electronic store. Good luck!!
