The route leads you from El Chalt?n to Laguna El?ctrica. Though the Torres del Paine is the most popular route in the region, the Fitzroy trek is certainly a worthy contender for being the most beautiful.

With jagged peaks and unique rock formations, it is easy to fall in love with the scenery here. Fortunately the trail is also a relatively straightforward route. You do not ascend to altitudes which are too high or dizzying, the trails are clearly marked and the terrain is flat and constant. As such, the Fitzroy Trek is suitable even for less experienced hikers and is a nice alternative if you are intimidated by the Torres del Paine.

BATTERY INSTALLATION: The HX5R features our Dual Power Recharging system and can be powered by a rechargeable battery pack or a standard CR123 alkaline battery. This is quite difficult and fiddly. The fuse unit is situated above where the cassette gets inserted. Remove the cassette and at the top front left hand side you will see the wiring in the cavity. This will give you access to the fuse unit and reed switch. I am assuming the toilet won't flush. If this is the problem then the answer is above. If the problem is the light will not illuminate when full then it is the reed switch that needs replacing or by passing. Hope this helps.
