This means that your pc regognize a floppy disk in the drive, tried to boot from this floppy and the floppy is not bootable. You have 2 solutions:
- Remove the diskete from the floppy drive and restart. Assuming that your hard disk is ok the pc will boot normally.
- You have to enter the bios and change the boot order. Doing this you will change the boot priority and the pc will try to boot from the hard disk before the floppy drive. Since this solution it's more complicated from the first one, I suggest you to follow this way in case you are familiar with bios.
In case of a problem or clarification, or more details for the 2nd solution, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

Could be a dirty lens, try a CD lens cleaner or a blast of compressed air from a can.
It may also be worth taking the case off (Disconnect the power first) and checking that the ribbon is connected properly at both ends.

Secondly change the cmos cell which ois on the motherboard
My Dell Dimension E510 cannot pick up any voice
This sounds like you have a voice morphing program installed. A morph program is useful for distorting your voice and special effects, but it also takes over your mic controls. Go to the control panel and choose sounds and audio devices, then look for the default device under sound recording and make sure your record device is the same model as your sound device and that it says INPUT. Another problem occurs if you right click your little sound/audio icon on the taskbar and choose open volume control then left click. Do that now and choose, options, then properties. Now on mixer device, choose one that says input. The white window on the bottom of that panel will show you several devices, check mark them all and click ok. Now manually select MIC as your default sound input device and close then try again.
My SOUND CARD software has been erased. I need to
