Keyboard not working
if the keyboard doesnt work than you have a problem if its a USB keyboard the pc should automatically detect it and install it... just give it a little bit of time to look for the drivers and install it

how many hard drives do you have two or more when reset bios default it can happen.you must be sure to start from the drive there windows is.bios optimal default probely changed drives

5 beeps = Pre-video memory error which means that the northbridge on the motherboard is faulty. You need a new mobo, this one is dead.

This issue might happen due to RAM.
To resolve this issue:
Turn of the power supply for your desktop.
Please remove the side case on your tower(CPU).
find the RAM slot and remove the RAM from the Slot.
Clean the RAM terminals with the help of cloth or Eraser.
After cleaning place the RAM on RAM slot.
Now try to turn ON the PC desktop. If it is working thats fine or else you need to replace another RAM to check.
Please refer the below figure to find the RAM Slot and the lock to remove the RAM.
