After the sub power switch (SW2) turns ON, the communication between the overall control board (OACB) and the operation board /1 (OB1) is not started within a specified period of time. Had these boards been replaced recently???? If not will require you to the check each connector remove one at a time and check each connector on the boards for a bend pin this will be time consuming worse case you have a Bad board (S) SERIOUS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Also mite want a tech to come out and check that firmware is not bad. Can only get firmware from secure Konica Minolta Web site. Black developer unit motor failure to turn. Remove the Black image unit not the toner. Shake the image unit so that the developer inside is spread out along the entire length of the image unit not sitting at one end. Are you storing all your image unit flat??? If not they should be!!!!!. Hope fully you did not burnout the black image developer motor. or worse the control board. if that does not fix it get a new black image unit OEM!!!!!!!! nor third party. if does not work get a tech out, will need to be old school you have a legacy Minolta machine. Fuser Heat Error. Sometimes this code can be cleared by using the reset procedure outlined below. If the code returns then you will need to have the unit serviced.
Reset Procedure:

1. Turn main power switch OFF.

2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Menu/Select key.

3. Keep pressing the Menu/Select key until the LED turns OFF on the control Panel.

4. Check to make sure that "Trouble Reset" is displayed on the control Panel

after LED turns OFF.

5. Pressing the Menu/Select key.

6. Check to make sure that "OK" is displayed and the it has been reset.

7. Turn main power switch OFF and ON again, and make sure that the machine properly
starts.
