I have a thermador CM302,

Hi

Microwave doesn't heat up when the magnetron goes faulty. As magnetron and control board, etc were replaced only an year back they still have warranty on them. You could get magnetron replaced as it has around 5years of replacement warranty. Before replacing you can check the internal fuse, make sure that all the connections to the control board and magnetron are fine. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

My oven beeps sometimes after use there is no code

most likely you have a bad touch pad the unit has a faulty kep on the touch pad and is going to require a new touch pad...you may be able to turn the power off at the breaker for a few minutes and while off run your hand over the touch pad buttons firmly ..you may luck out and free the stuck one up but most likely you are going to need a new touch pad with the ribbon cable conection...

Can't turn off the oven light inside the lower

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Fixya.com.

Change the old switch with a new one. They are easy to change and make sure to kill the electricity to the stove.

Also check the pressure switch and its connection as well. It's possible the switch is bad or the wires are corroded. Replace the wires or switch. The switch is usually located on the rim of the inside of the oven door. It will make contact with the oven door and as the oven door closes, the pressure switch is depressed inwards and causes the malfunction.

Please get back to us if you have any further query.

I have a Thermador CM302 every thing apears ok no

Wow, that sounds like the control unit of the oven has stopped doing it's job. I believe that model has separate heating elements for each oven, so there is hardly any chance that both could have failed. You will want to replace the control unit / board of this oven.

Thanks

OVEN CLEAN FLASHING F2 BEEPING,

hello,

This error code on a oven indicates a keypad short on the Electronic Range Control (ERC) board. This is the clock/timer on the operator console. The recommended fix is to replace the ERC. You can generally find replacement parts at these websites:

searspartsdirect.com pcappliancerepair.com appliancepartspros.com repairclinic.com

All these sites offer great service with competitive pricing, so shop and compare.

Replacing an ERC is not a difficult repair and can be accomplished by the average do-it-yourselfer. If you decide to order the part and wish to repair this on your own, follow these steps:

1. UNPLUG the range. Dangerous voltage is still present inside even with the range turned off.

2. Pull the range away from the wall and turn the unit around so you can access the rear panel.

3. Remove the screws on the back of the operator console.

4. Carefully disconnect the connector plugs to the ERC. Take note of how they are connected, so that you can reinstall them correctly.

NOTE: The connectors are usually color coded with the colors printed on the circuit board. However, if the colors are not printed on the board, write them down. (A digital camera also comes in real handy for this).

5. With the connectors removed, remove the mounting screws to the ERC and the assembly will come out.

NOTE: Most replacement ERC boards do not come with the overlay. This is the plastic pre-printed number display. The overlay can easily be peeled off and re-used. Just make sure you properly orient the overlay so that you don't inadvertently place it on the new board upside down. If your existing overlay is damaged, you will need to order separately.

6. Install new ERC using the steps provided in reverse order. Minimize handling the new circuit board with your bare hands to avoid damaging the board.

If you have any questions about this repair, please post back with you complete model number, so that I may be able to provide you with better assistance. I hop this information helps you.

We had a power outage and when the electricity was

Hello, the F1 error code means internal logic failure (monitoring function) it sounds alarm and inhibit cook mode You can fix it by replacing the electronic range control (ERC)

F7 error code means the function key shorted for over 16 seconds, check for something pressing a key or preventing normal release of the key. You can fix it by replacing the electronic range control (ERC) if other component check normal.

Thanks
