open the printers properties.
open printing preferences.
go to quality
go to details
click on save toner mode
apply
close

now your printer prints in 300 x 300 mode

aap uska drum change karva lo.
line chali jayegi.
refilling karvane ke bad ye drum par lining aane lagti hai.
vo 350 inr ka aata hai.

the issue is with the print spooler service which seems to be malfunctioning .. try reinstalling the drivers update the firmware (only if you know how to) if that does not help .. then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help

After changing the Toner take a Test print from the printer (not from the Computer) this can be done by a Combination of key button or single key button on the printer if you can obtain the test print correctly then connect the printer to the computer .
