Be sure you allow ICMP traffic from the WAN to the LAN.

The gateway at the remote end may be down. Ensure that the remote gateway runs fine. See whether the application server (80.0.75.62) has communication with remote gateway.

Follow these steps:
Start-> Run-> cmd
In the black box type: ipconfig [enter]
You should see some numbers like this:

192.168.*.* IP
255.255.255.0 Sub
192.168.*.* Gateway

Go to an Internet Browser and plug in your Gateway address like this:
http://192.168.1.1
or
http://192.168.0.1

Now your username and password will be like:
admin:admin
admin:1234
admin: {no password}
{nouser}:admin
{nouser}:1234
You get the drift.
Once you are in you can manipulate the firewall and port forwarding settings...

There are 2 ports used for FTP. They are 20 and 21. When you initiate a connection that occurs on port 21, but data traffic is on port 20. Your firewall sees your outside FTP server trying to 'initiate' a connection on port 20 and breaks the connection to that IP address.
What you need to do is either use 'passive' ftp or open both ports 20 and 21 for ftp traffic in the firewall.

As per your description,in your d link firewall outgoing 51215 port is not opened.go to the access-list or security policy or access rule (I am not sure about the name) tab.make a entry like
from :your ip or network id
to:the sms site ip.
service:51215
action:accept.

Did you set reverse routing rules on the D-Link?

Some ISP's block port 80, the problem is not the firewall, following the procedure as described on d-link website should do it. If the problem is really the ISP, you have two choices:
Switching to a plan that allows you to use port 80.
Use port 8080, as alternate web port. The disadvantage is that acess will require http://ipadress:8080

You can find the details of the operator and the state they belong to .the operators wont reveal the address and name of any mobile numbers only higher officials can only get those information.

I am sure it is now toast and you cannot downgrade if the wrong firmware has been installed. I would ask D-Link.
