It looks like the Huawei launcher is failing to load. The launcher is basically Huawei's personal skin for your launcher. As to why it's crashing, I'm curious if you've flashed it with a custom rom or anything. Otherwise, the best thing to do is to go into settings, and reset the phone to manufacturers default.
