Go to this
website and select your operating system then select search. Wait for the loading and click audio, click either global or china then
input the characters shown on the left and click submit. Just download the driver and install after downloading. After installing it will ask you for a restart, click restart and after restarting there will be a sound. Have a nice day!

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ?
