See if you can bring up settings and if so if there is a diagnostic on/off

select to auto channel then press the + volume.

there is a liquid called stoko slig which is used to remove permanent marker they are on the web i think they based in stafford hopes this helps

use the tv's setup menu to set the audio properties,eg. speakers on or off when headphones are plugged in.

The real issue is do you have sound or not?You can unplug the set and or a box both if connected for several minutes and then power back to see if when they reboot set works or not.

Two things could be the culprit. One is the hdmi is bad or two the hdmi cable is too long. If its too long go to firefold.com and get an hdmi extender/amplifier

iF you have to turn set on several times to get it to stay on the relay is not the problem.If set is more than a few years old it is likely a problem with puffed up caps in the standby power supply which runs all the time even if set off.If you need a detailed explanation of this let me know.
