I am not sure what you mean by a Multi-system? But I can tell you that replacement manuals are available on line for free on their website. The Regaza is a US model and the website to locate the manual is on www.us.toshiba.com. Click on Customer Service and then tv's and LCD then scroll the model numbers listed to find yours and click on it. There is troubleshooting and chat services available in that area. Lines can be cause by your T-con board or by the screen itself. The only way to know is by replacing the T-con board. If they go away then it was the T-con board if they do not it's your screen that is bad. When changing the T-con board it is also a good idea to change the ribbons that connect it to the screen.
