Base system device driver not
This is probably a chipset driver. If you have an Intel processor head over to Intel.com and download the chipset driver.
I have insert my sim
As far as I am aware, the SIM slot is for storing secure data onto. Win7 has a very good encryption programme and requires either and external drive or SIM card to load it to.
When am insert the sim
The sim card must be registered with your phone service provider and the laptop.

Kindly set the BIOS on start up. You may have disabled the USB. If the matter persists then check the drivers in the device manager if they are correctly installed. Or if the problem is your Operating System then have it updated by installing online updates. This would install necessary drivers.
