THis may or may not work.
First you must reset the bios. To do this you must short the J1 jumper an start the computer. After the start then stop the system, remove the jumper. It should ( but may not clear the bios). Hope this helps you. Good Luck!

Lenovo laptop usually have wireless switch located either at the front of the laptop or at the side. All you need to do is to slide the switch to turn off/on the wireless adapter. You may also use function key to enable/disable the wireless adapter. Press Fn + Esc key to enable and disable wireless capability.

If you can login in under your User password and has administrator password, then you can change the Administrator/supervisor password. Go to Control Panel - User Accounts then select the User account and change the password for this User.

If your computer turns off suddenly when you open two or more websites, you might wanna check the following:

1. Scan for virus on your computer.
2. Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking (you need to press F8 continuously upon boot-up and choose Safe Mode with Networking) and try to check if issue still occurs.
3. If Step 2 fixes the issue, try to disable start-up items that might be causing the issue, step by step guide here.
4. If Step 2 fails and gives you the same issue, you might wanna try doing a System System Restore (if it was working before, step by step guide here or factory restore (you need to press F2 upon boot-up for built-in recovery - backup important files first before proceeding)

There is no way for you to decipher the motherboard BIOS password. You may try to take out the CMOS battery of the motherboard to reset it the board but it is not 100% guarantee that the password will be wiped out.

If taking out the battery will not fix the problem then you need to send in the computer to lenovo and have them reset the motherboard. They have the right tool reset the board.

It sure sounds like a defective battery to me (one or more dead cells in stack), it takes more voltage to boot up than run once booted, so if the battery is failing that would give the symptom you have. I suggest you have a local Radio Shack test the battery.

u need remove a battery of the mother small battery inside of the computer and open again to back a default of the bios

There is no default password for the bios.

Theres not many information regarding Win32 Tour Application. It will show you phone numbers to call i believe.
Sadly theres not many that have solved this problem too. If you can boot to safe mode (by pressing F8 during initial boot) then try running your antivirus from there.
I would suggest downloading the free version from malwarebytes.org.
If that would not solve the problem reformating and reinstalling your OS will be the best move.
