HI, ive been having a

Bios is not operating properly. Either it is corrupted or you have a bad peripheral causing issues. Disconnect all you can, (hard drive, optical disk, etc) and then see if it still freezes on boot up. If you have 2 memory sticks disconnect one and try again till you check out both chips. If all disconnects do not change anything then my original comment re bad bios stands.

I have updated the BIOS

I have done the same update to version 230 ASUS A9RP and bricked the Notebook. Nothing worked not even the power key or the battery charging. My conclusion was that the flash is also used before powering up to load a program into the devices that read keys or charge batteries. I HAVE SOLVED the problem writing bios 280, by taking out the chip 39vf040 4MBit Flash and rewrite it in writer I have constructed for it. Chip can be taken out with a hot air device , that exists in the GSM repair shops also. A socket (~0.5 Euro) can be places in the position of the chip. If you need help I offer my assistance to guide you or even send you a written chip (~1.5 EURO) on the mail ,

My Asus get no power

When you connect the power adapter into the laptop, does the power LED light up? If not then - The battery adapter or the adapter's power lead or the laptop's power socket could be faulty. Check power adapter's DC plug that connects into the laptop power socket with a multi-meter, the voltage should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the adapter. If the voltage is zero or way below the voltage that is printed on the label then the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced. If the adapter is OK then connect it to the laptop and power it up, then look at the power/battery charging LED light and wriggle the power plug in the laptop's power socket. If the power/battery LED light flashes and in a certain position this LED light stays firm, then the power socket is either faulty or it has a dry solder joint where it is connected to the motherboard. This can be repaired but it requires the laptop to be completely dismantled to get at this power socket and repair. If you cannot DIY then I suggest you get a quote first.

My keyboard keys f h

The internal connections for that key are on the same data column - it means that this column has failed. This is unfixable, you must replace the keyboard.

I can hear a sound

If this is a sound coming from within the laptop, I suggest it be taken apart by a computer technician and either the CPU cooler be replaced or it needs to be cleaned of dust. Laptop noise from inside is not a good thing, it should be relatively quite. However some-times you will hear the CPU fan speed up to cool the processor and then quite down again.
