Restore to factory settings/toshiba model numberPSAF3U-0PV00V
If the machine is on go to the Microsoft logo in the bottom lft and click it. Instead of shutting down the machine have it shut down and restart. Timing is important here. As it is running through its bios repeatedly push the F-8 key which will bring you to a menu that allows you to reset to factory original conditions. Hope this help's.

My laptop screen is dark
The screen displays is dark/ dim because there is no backlight.
There
are two parts responsible for lighting the display. First is the CCFL
(Cold Cathode Florecent Lamp), which is the back light and the second
is the Inverter board, which provides high voltage to the CCFL. Either
of the parts can be faulty or in some rare cases both. But most likely
it is the CCFL (Lamp). Its life is limited and depending upon how long
it has been in use, you can have a better idea - if its the CCFL or
Inverter.
(Rest assure that your system is ok and you can check it by
connecting you laptop with some external display, which would work fine)
So, my advice is that you get it properly checked by any professional for replacement of CCFL.
Hope it helps! Good Luck!

LCD Replacement
Did the connector from the replacement LCD inverter fit in the socket of the motherboard? When you were replacing the LCD, did you have the battery out of the unit? And finally, have you attempted to start the laptop with the power cord in, but the battery out? I'm not familiar with the mx6931, but can you press the power on button without the trim piece that sits above the keyboard?

PXE-E61 Media test failure
That message is when you have your computer set to network boot. You can disable it in the bios or change the boot order to put network after hard drive. Press probably Delete when booting to get into your bios and look for Boot Order.

Wont charge
the power might be having issues, if you try the charger on another system and it works then the issue is from your system but if it doesn't then change the charger.
