boot your system in safe mode by pressing f8 key repeatedly during the booting process then select safe mode and press enter then go to system restore option, and select system restore, then select some previous date where system is working fine, restore it

Hi, maybe your power adapter, its cable or plug is faulty, maybe some of your friends has the same type of power adapter to test it with your computer. If you have a DC Voltmeter to could check output voltage from your power adapter.
the short answer to your question is "No", in order to decrypt any file depending on the encryption process implemented, you would need either "a private key" or both parties will need the "public" and the other should have the "private"; I advice you not to have any one scam you into saying that this is possible because unless you have a similar system that was using this type of encryption it might not work. sorry for your loss!
Ok, it seems that this is a pretty common issue. I found a youtube video showing how to get around this. I watched some of it, the guys seems pretty competent. however, you might not be comfortable taking this thing apart or doing what he is doing. However, it is a relatively simple thing to fix for a competent repair person and I looked up new power assembly and they run around $25 on ebay. Here is the link for the video I found:

There were a couple of other videos also that I didn't watch. However, if you just need this thing to work for a while and you intend to replace it in the near future and just need to get by for a short while, this should work. If you intend to keep this long term you might want to take it to a computer repair shop. Good luck. hope this helps.
No you need switch,if you use a tiny screw driver you can turn it on with that if its just the plastic peice thats broke.use the screw driver to slide the mechanisam
I would try getting some compressed air. Sometimes called canned air.
Blow inside the keyboard, under and around the enter button and see if it helps. Do not hold the can upside down or sideways while spraying! It shoots out as ice and can hurt things further!
wireless has limited range and can be affected by walls, doors, glass. Some models of routers if they have removable antenna's can be replaced by highgain antenna's which can drastically improve your range.
you dont have to type anything in,when you get into safe mode just pick the one that says,,,safe mode with comand promt,,and just keep tapping the enter key and you will see it doing it all by its self.then just do as it ask,,most of the time it will do it all and then go into its windows.
