You may have damaged the internal screen. Take it to the Apple store and have a look at it. They make can fix it for free depending on the plan you have.

There is no reset code .You can connect to itunes and restore from DFU mode (search on youtube for DFU iPHONE )

If would like to remove a pass code from an apple device, you would login and head over to settings. Next click on general > pass code or pass code lock I can't remember which one > now click disable pass code or remove pass code and you will be proceeded to put in your pass code. Can you offer any other information? Other then a title about this issue? Unfortunately I can only assume that your SIM port is heating up, if that is what is happening you likely have a faulty SIM card or Phone and one or the other would need to be replaced.
