i don't know. consider calling or visiting a local cell phone repair business and request an estimate for this. if not expensive, you will probably need to take your phone, personal identification and proff you own the phone. my Moto4 is locked. they charged me $20 to try to unlock - no luck - for another $60 they think they can unlock it. too much money for me.

Why does the phone need to be Flashed? That could be the reason the Nokia software isn't reading the phone as being there. Can you get into you contact list on the phone itself? You could do it the old fashioned way and write each of the numbers down with a pen and paper. You can also go into the contacts section on the phone and move the contact information onto the Sim Card from the phone's memory. That way when you remove the Sim Card the contacts go with it. Unfortunately you will probably have to move these numbers one at a time. You will need to back up all the memory on your phone first and then try the default unlock code 1-2-3-4-5. If this doesn't work do not attempt it again as a number of failed attempts will lock you out.
