check the ignitor and the coils on the burner assy.

Check the wheels that the tub is resting on for poor lubrication. Try to lift up the tub with something you can pry with. Just enough to take the weight off the wheel, one at a time and then turn by hand the wheel and see if it/they are dragging or jammed.If you find one or more wheels jammed or dragging, then replace it/them and you should be good to go.While you have your dryer all twisted and partially dismantled, take a few moments and clean out the LINT DUCT all the way from the TUB to ALL THE WAY outside the home. Damp lint does not move very well and if it has been collecting for months or years you could be clogging your dryer drum wheels, and/or the belt that turns the drum and setting yourself up for a nasty fire in your dryer, that could easily burn down your home. You may have to reroute your hose if you find ANY PLACE that the hose goes up hill or has a bunch of turns in it. Make sure the Duct is level, or slightly slopped down, and keep your turns to the very minimum. Changin direction of a Lint Duct might look cool, but every turn will cut your air flow by 40 percent. Does not take long for the lint to build up, and spark a fire and then it will get really unfriendly around your dryer.kindly,Jim

the thermal fuse may be faulty. Remove the outer back of the dryer. the thermal fuse is located on the blower assy with 2 wires connected to it. It is white plastic. connect the wires together, then try to start the unit again. If the unit starts, clean the exhaust duct after replacing the thermal fuse.

You can perform some Whirlpool electric dryer timer troubleshooting to determine if the timer is faulty or if the cause is somewhere else within the dryer.

1. Access the Timer
   • Unplug the Whirlpool dryer power cord from the dryer electrical outlet. The timer is inside the control panel on the top of the dryer. Pull the dryer away from the back wall so that the control console can be raised without hitting the wall.
     Remove the single screw on each end of the control console that secures the control console housing to the top of the dryer. Grab the sides of the control console and raise the front of the console up and toward the rear of the dryer. With the control console in the service position you will now be able to test the timer.
     
   Test the Timer
   • Locate the dryer timer inside the control console. It will be directly behind the dryer timer control knob. There are two wires that connect from the dryer to the dryer timer. Place a piece of masking tape on each wire and write on the tape what terminal each wire attaches. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the wires from the terminal ends on the timer.
     Set the scale on a volt-ohm meter to the RX1 setting to measure the ohms of the timer. Place one probe to one terminal and the other probe to the remaining terminal. You should get a reading between 2,000 ohms and 3,000 ohms. If you do not get this reading, replace the timer.
     
   Replacing the Timer
   • Pull the control knob off of the timer shaft on the face of the control console. Remove the two screws that secure the timer to the inside of the control console. Pull the timer out and take the timer with you to an appliance repair facility. Compare the new timer to the old timer to make sure that the mounting screws match.
     Place the new timer inside the console and secure the timer with the two retaining screws. Attach the wires to the timer and remove the masking tape from the wires. Lower the control console and reattach the console to the top of the dryer with the retaining screws. Push the control knob back over the timer shaft. Push the dryer back against the wall and plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
     

Check the door switch which has three wires Normally Closed / Common / Normally Open. You will need an Ohm Meter to check the switch. Next use the Ohm Meter to test the start relay. This is the most common locations for thermal fuses and heating element on Whirlpool,Kenmore,Estate dryers. Check these fuses for continuity and replace the one that does not have continuity

Ok there are 5 areas that need to be looked into 1 of which you have already changed over and over so you know it is not the heating element so i dont have to post that part so here is the rest

Another possible cause for a dryer not heating up could be attributed to a faulty thermal fuse. Once a dryer's thermal fuse has blown, it is no longer of any use. If your dryer's fuse is blown, you will have to replace it. Open up your dryer's cabinet and locate its thermal fuse so that you can test it

Thermostat
