hi all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to send you the correct mms settings, they will send you these for free and they send them via text message and they will update your phone to the correct settings.

check your internet is working on the phone and if its not working ask them to send you those settings as well.

your service provider wont charge for this service and it will update your phone to the correct settings.

you can sometimes send them to yourself from your service providers web site but not all providers let you do this so you need to check

same happened to me with k800i
here's what u have to do:
u need to update u're phone's software using sony-ericsson software and u're phone's cable
first go to sony-ericsson.com and DL the updating software then do as it says and u're done

I think the bluetooth set up is not the problem.might be your earpiece not work.we can test by your phone stick. the way is: move right then press * move left twice than press * move left then press *.it must fast,if it work on your phone display show:Service info,Service setting,Service test,Text label.choose service test to make sure your problem.

a programme called setool lite could reset the code back to 0000

turn antivirus resident sheild off (it will report this programme as a false positive)
when downloaded extract file with winrar

turn phone off and remove sim and memory card
do not turn phone back on!
select k550 in the list
press 'identify' on setool lite
press and hold 'c' on the phone and plug usb cable in

it will ask for driver which is in the setool lite folder so direct it to there

after driver installed setool will then read your phone and displa info on the screen

as soon as that has finished unplug your phone, put sim and memory card back on and the security code should be reset to 0000

try to do by following method
Warning: Do not enter any wrong unlock unlock codes on your Sony Ericsson K550i mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

1 - Switch ON your Sony Ericsson K550i mobile phone without any SIM Card,
2 - Press the left arrow key/button once,
3 - Press the button * twice,
4 - Press the left arrow key/button once,
5 - The message "Personalize with MNC2" will appear,
(or you will have displayed an unlock menu, select the lock you want to unlock)
6 - Enter the Unlock Code.

If your Sony Ericsson K550i mobile phone does not have a left arrow button/key(e.g. Sony Ericsson W950i) and on a few phones(not all) that have a "JOGDIAL" you must press the "down arrow" key/button instead of the "left arrow" key/button for step 2 & 4. We mean by "Down Arrow" to direct the Jogdial down! In the Sony Ericsson W950i and some other models, the down arrow button/key would be located on the side of the phone.
