Can not get any water to come out
This is most likely the water control valve on rear of refrigerator tat opens the valve when you place the cup there to be filled. The part number is WR57X10032. Yo can also test the valve and OHM both solenoids that turn water on. Sea Breeze

There is a small stop to keep it from flding completely back. If the door is swinging back hard the frig is tilted back too far and there is too much heavy items in the door containers.

Food in refrig crispers freezes. Top of freezer too warm.
Good day,
You are right about it being little or no air circulation. There is a fan motor in the freezer, which you can access by removing the rear panel of the freezer panel.
That's the good news. The bad news it is a DC variable speed motor controlled thru a thermistor and powered from the motherboard located in the back wall of the refrigerator.
You can remove and take the motor to an appliance parts house that deals in GE parts. If they determine the motor is bad, then you could effect a repair.
If not the machine is too complex, and some parts so expensive that repair is best left to a GE qualified pro.

Most Refrigerators have a defrost timer which cycles every couple of weeks, typically for several hours, in order to let any residual ice melt from the cooling system. If yours cycles long enough for the freezer items to melt, it should be replaced.

My GE Adora side by side refrig. has stopped
Defroster circuit/timer has failed.
The water line to the icemaker has probably frozen,so no ice. The cooling coils are in the freezer, and the cold air moves to the fridge via vents and circulation fan.
When it all ices up, no air gets to fridge, fridge gets warm.
Many models have a mechanical defroster timer located under the lower front kick panel. Manually rotate the timer until you hear the compressor stop.
Defroster heater then should come on and you hear scorch/hiss/gurgle of defrost sounds. If the timer is working, the fridge should come back on after about a half hour or so.
Sometimes timer fails, sometimes heater element fails. There is also a defrost thermostat that's part of the heater assembly.

Water overflowing into ice bin and down back wall
Sounds like the condensate drain line in the rear of your freezer is blocked. Every time the freezer goes into defrost this most likely will happen until we clear the blockage. I will help if you like. Now you mentioned the water pressure. that too is very high and I would consider having that looked at. But if you turn the water off it stops?
Let me know, Sea Breeze

I replaced the filter after 6 months, worked fine
My suggestion , would be to reinstall your old filter or use the bypass piece which came with the refrig . You only need to replace the filter when the water flow starts to slow down or the ice cubes get smaller . Not when the red light comes on telling you to . Manufacturers make a lot of money , due to these red lights .

Your problem may be as simple as the water shut off valve behind the refrigerator not being opened fully. Also the refrigerator was pushed back in place did the water line get kinked? If the water stream is weak/low the ice maker may not be filling up completely. There is an adjustment on the ice maker to increase out put but allow 24hrs for adjustment to take effect. The screw is located behind a plastic plug on the ice maker with arrows indicateing which direction for increase/decrease. Also if you have had the refrigerator for awhile it has a water filter that may need replaced.

Ge adora top half not cold on both sides
Sir,
To solve this problem, you must open the compressor area at the back bottom of the refrigerator and chek the temperature of the pressure line. If the temperature is between 55celcius to 60 than its ok. Or else you need to change the refrigerant.
I suggest you to contact the service authority.
Thanks for contacting Fixya.

THE ICE MAKER IS NOT WORKING
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then
try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell
you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.

The water and ice dispenser is not working
if your refrigerator is only a year old. it should still be covered by your warranty, if any one works on the refrigerator while still under warranty, your warranty is expired. So check before you put your hands on it. sounds like a power problem, maybe an open fuse etc....
