You haven’t started the dishwasher that’s why it doesn’t know how many minutes is remaining. Try holding in the start button until it turns on.

I would check the child lock is not activated.

Hi Ray. i found this out. The reason for the dishwasher to stop mid cycle is that the thermal fuse is shorting out because it is either fouled, dirty, broken, or loosely connected. Sounds like your not using a rinse aid. Fill the dispenser with jet dry. Not only it keeps dishes spot free but it help to dry them as well.

Hi Peggy, could be bad door latch. The door latch keeps the door closed and the water inside while the dishwasher is operating. The door latch is connected to a switch, which will not allow the dishwasher to start unless the door is properly closed. Best, Dave
