go to commands and type "systeminfo" note the maufacturer and model details from there type the exact name in your search engine you will at max find the drivers

You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page for your Dell latitude D600. Make sure you select your model laptop, better still type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop. Also make sure you select the Windows XP version of the driver for your Windows operating system.

Here's an easy trick; pick your favorite food, jewelry, car, or something like that. The burrito costs $2.99! That's a really good password but it's not super hard to remember. Also be very careful of sites that say "Site is requesting access to your facebook account". If it asks for "permission to post" say NO! =)

Try shutting down all apps and background services you are not using. If it is a known safe video you may be able to shut off your antivirus as well to give your computer more available memory.

try charging it and see what happens

try removing the battery (keep ac power), test if nothing, try the opposite, remove both ac power and battery test,for some reason holding down f10 and cursing at the machine seems to help. Mine does this but typically will boot after a few attempts (and lots of cursing)
