What you're going to have to look for is a ROM file that contains rooted information. More or less, this will give you access to the root information. Hi, I'm reading that it has a windows operating system. In this case, I would open setting and search for the "factory reset" option within that folder. Otherwise, you can just use the general desktop search to search for the "factory reset" option and choose that and follow the instructions on screen to activate the factory reset. But I would ask that you back up any data first because all data on the device will be deleted. Thank you.
