These toners normally has a metal contact that tells the printer that the toner is there or how much toner is left. Make sure that these contacts are clean and dry and free from any dirt or inks. Use a dry cloth to clean it.

Anything over 100 dollars for this unit is too much. You can purchase a new one for $450, there is no need to spend the ridiculous amount on the fuser.

check ur all toner cartridges first whether it is ok or not

Hi there clean the paper receiver roller and then reset the copier and try. Let me know whats happened. If not done then i am sure the sensor is damaged and you need to replace that.

The firmware update didn't install correctly or was corrupted when you downloaded it. Download the update again and go through the install process again, that should resolve the issue.

To change your toner first turn off the printer and unplug it from the power outlet. Then, lift the toner door. Carefully grap the toner cartridge from both ends and lift it up. Do not shake the toner as you may get dirty. Then take the new toner cartridge, remove any plastic covers and insert it in the printer. Close the toner door and start your pritner.

Have you checked your paper tray guided to be certain they are properly set?

Problem on fuser unite.When it hole surface block waste toner then arise this problem.Clean all surface and wast toner then solve your problem.

Have you tried changing the transfer roller because alot of the times that causes that error. Good luck

On the fuser (under the top cover), there are 2 green levers with envelopes on them. The one on the right is probably flipped up. The purpose of these levers is to decrease pressure on the paper when printing on envelopes which are 2 or 3 layers of paper. It reduces the wrinkling that occurs when printing envelopes on most laser printers. Flip that lever down and you're golden.
