Probably the dual water valve (that opens when the ice maker needs water ) is leaking and the filling tube gets clogh with ice , or the valve doesn't work ,in both cases it has to be replace.

This is normal. There is an electric, (mullion), heater behind that surface that keeps condensation from forming. It also keeps the freezer door gasket from freezing to the surface and ripping when the door is opened.

Sounds short of gas. Need a technician

If it spins for 10 mins it's not the capacitor, it's the fan

It seems like your auger motor was shorted out. That is fairly common with this model because water will drip straight down onto the auger motor.

You should be able to replace the part yourself if you're handy. To access the part, you open the freezer door first. Get on your hands and knees and look under the ice dispenser area. There is either a 4" x 6" plastic cover you can unscrew to access the motor, or you need to remove the ice bin and remove everything from the top down.

Simple solution works in many cases. Thaw machine out. Unplug and open doors, let stand for 4 hours. Plug back in and test.

unit could be leaking refrigerant or have a bad temp control or fans may not be runing check all

Does your refrigerator have a water filter? if it has one it will be in the kickplate/grill below the freezer door. If it has one replace the filter.

In a case like that most likely the door gasket isn't sealing on that corner , a dollor bill placed around door then close it should have some resistiance when pulling it out, if it comes out easily the door gasket needs replacing
