could be the fan,i've seen dust get in there and there's a screen that the fan blows air through to cool down the electronics,so if the fan is bad it's not cooling down your board and that's why the light flicker,how old is the unit,sounds like the board is damaged from over heating most likely from the fan and i looked up the model number and you can't get that board anymore,if the board is bad you could get it rebuilt,i just helped someone else with the same problem the board is discontinued,you have to have the board taken out,draw up a wire diagram and send the board out to have it rebuilt,when they send it back you reinstall it,and wire it. https://www.appliancetimers.com/appliance?model=gbd307pdt7 maybe if the fan motor gets changed out the board won't over heat anymore and won't give you a problem but it doesn't sound good.i think the board will also be an issue

Open the door look at the hinge where it goes into the receiver you should see a small hole place a small short screw in the hole each side now close the door slowly hold the door while closing you should feel the hinges release out of the receivers, to take the door apart you are going to have to remove these screws to do this take the box end of a wrench pull the hinge back to take pressure off screw remove screw

If your microwave is a 220 then reset the breaker by turning it off for 10 seconds and then back on. Then check it. Since you replaced the magnetron, the signal to the mag is interrupted. Did you replace the control panel? If so, then look to see if it is wired back in order. Does the fan operate when you open and close door? If not, then check door switch.

Although very tight (because the oven is only 1 yr old) i managed to get the hinges into the open position, then slide the door into position on the oven and close the door. The hinges did go back and lock as they should but I struggled for almost 30 mins before success.

STEP 1:Grasp the handle on the Whirlpool oven door and open it to the first position.This will be a 4-inch opening
STEP 2: Place your hands on either side of the oven door
STEP 3: Pick up the door from the first position gently.Keep lifting the oven door until the door is clear of the hinge.

use a coat hanger as a hook to grab then but unplug the stove before you do it. You should be able to sang them without to much difficulty.
