At walmart or department stores,,either in coffe maker sales eisle or cleaning supplys,,,theres a cleaning solution u run through them,,also i dont use mine much,,when i do ,,and it hassent been used in a while ,,i plug it up ,,run water through it,,a couple times and good to go,,good luck
