I think the answer is just to use straight vinegar and not dilute it. If the manual is asking you to use undiluted white vinegar,just use plain white vinegar and don't dilute it.

I would first empty out any water that is in the machine, and get the grounds out. Then, the machine up with a 50/50 mixture of distilled water and white vinegar. You may need to let this sit in the machine overnight because the vinegar needs time to work it's magic. Then turn it on and run this mixture through, if the machine is descaled enough to run. If it doesn't, do it again. The key to descaling is the vinegar, but like I said, it needs time to dissolve the scale. If it works, then run a couple of pot's of just water to get rid of the vinegar smell. Give it a try!

My B30 does the same thing IF it is direct sunlight. We put a towel over it or move it to another room and it brews. Wish I knew why.

Don't put a new coffee pod into it until the machine says ready. If you already have, just open and close it again.

Take an ordinary paper clip, and straighten it into an "L", with about 1" on the short side. With the Keurig opened as it would be for inserting a K-cup, locate the upper and lower puncture needles. Take the paper clip and use it to pass into the hollow needles to free up any debris that may have collected in the needles. Be careful, as the needle tips are very sharp. Do the lower needle as well. This should improve the quality of your brew.
Another thing that will help is to de-scale the machine with white vinegar. This is done by emptying the reservoir, and re-filling about half way with white vinegar. Then, brew two cups, which will draw the vinegar into the inner pot. Let the vinegar sit in the machine for several hours, and then empty the reservoir. Refill with clean water, and flush the water through the machine, one cup at a time, until no traces of the vinegar can be detected. This will keep your machine brewing at it's peak performance. Most folks perform this cleaning every six months or so, but you really need to do it according to the quality of your water, that is, use six months as a maximum, and more often if necessary.

Try passing a fine wire back up through the water inlet that punctures the K cups. Drain most of the water from the reservoir and add white vinegar. If necessary, add enough water to clear the low level light on the panel. Hit the start button, and collect a cup of whatever comes out. Either filter the water and re-use or dump out. Continue using the white vinegar, letting it work in the reservoir and internal pot for ~10 minutes between cycles (cups). It will take at least one hour to clean it out and flush it well. Once you are making a cup's worth of water at normal speed and time, dump the reservoir on the side, and refill with clean water. If the reservoir has a bit of a slimy feel inside it, wash it thoroughly before re-installing. (You should wash the reservoir probably weekly, or so, depending on you water).
Flush clean water through the system, dumping each cup produced, until all traces of the vinegar are removed.
