Call Delonghi, there are two "authorized" service centers. New York and Calf. They will sell you parts. I think the one I get my parts from in New York is something like Crawface Appliance. Don't know where you can get a parts schematic.

Those pieces (2 of them) are suppose to come off. The outer sleeve turns 1/8th of turn clockwise looking down on it and then can be slid down. The inner slides off and has a flat spot on the back to line up with the steam wand, it's held in place by an o ring. All can be ordered through Delonghi.
They are designed to be removable so they can be cleaned after each use.
Before replacing any other parts, try descaling your machine. Build up will cause heating and steaming issues.

U will need a new tap thats what mine does and i cannot seem to find where to get one besides the uk

Call Delonghi, I had to replace the "tap" valve on my machine and they wouldn't sell me an "internal" part but gave me the contact # for two companies that would sell it to me.

Use silicone and/or a little hose clamp. If it is rubber and it won't fit back on the nozzle, heat it up for about 2 minute with candle or lighter and then put on. As I once had to learn the hard way as I figure you have learned too, always unplug any appliance before servicing.

Have you checked the brew group screen? I am assuming that this is a super automatic machine, and by pressing a button it grinds and brews? If yes then the only other problem would be in the brew unit.

First you pry the timer knob off and remove hopper, under the machine there a 4 tabs, using a small screwdriver pry those until the casing slides off. Unscrew the nut holding the timer and take out timer, unplug the terminals, replace or try and repair. Warning there a cogs and springs in there, i was unsuccessful.

Now you know why is was a secondhand machine. This type of machine is featured on this website with faults 10 to 15 times a week.
