First you need to switch the machine off by pressing the on/off button on the front of the machine.This moves the infuser unit further to the bottom and then allows you to take it out.The motor may be no good and may be pcb needs testing.You need new one possibly new pcb, and It needs to be tested, and also try cleaning out all old bean dirt from cabin.

Do not use vinegar in your machine, on some occasions it will leave a foul odor and taste in your coffee.
