Sorry, I have the same oven and the same complaint. The manual doesn't indicate anything. BTW- the service manual is inside the oven frame, between oven "lining" and the outside sheet metal.
The brackets are usually made of heat resistant plastic, or bakalite, you can search for parts at www.whitegoods.co.uk but you will need model and serial number, a word of caution, the microwave oven may have to be dismanteled to fix new element holders, you can still get shocks from them even though the mains power has been disconnected, depending on the age of the appliance and availability of parts, it may be a replacement is required.
Hope this has been helpful

Turn the power to the oven off. It usually is not possible to unplug the power chord for the built-in appliances so go to the main switch board and just turn off the oven power for about 5 minutes and then turn on the switch. The error code should disappear. Mine did! Chander Mehta
This is normal. The microwave can be set to recirculate, which is what you have now. If the unit was uninstalled you would see in the top near the back a cover that can be removed to blow up thru a duct. You probally have no duct above so it was just set up to recirculate. This isn't a problem only if you use it for venting your stove, this will recirculate smoke and such but not unsafe. If you enter your model # at www.appliancehelponline.com you can bring up diagrams and illustrations which will show you the options.
Most of the time when you have a direct short to ground the prime suspect is the HV Diode. You will have to disconnect one lead of the diode of the diode to test it for continuity. It is attached to chassis ground and the Capacitor.
To read just the diode set meter to resistance and then read it out in both directions i.e reverse leads across the diode. It SHOULD read
inifinity in one direction and ZERO ohms in the other direction. If it reads ZERO in both directions you found your short.
The capacitor can also cause a short if it is internally shorted.
Aditionally the door open interlock micro switch will cause a short if the door is open. Make sure the door is closed when you do the test you described above.
Your also probably going to have to change the fuse (do it anyway before you put it back together as a preventative measure )
The magnatron is cooked or timer and/ or wire inside. If it is older, buy a new one. The repair cost on it is not worth it. Proabally over 100 bucks to start
Read off the power consumption of each oven and other equipment being fed from the cooker supply and have an electrician check the size of your cooker feed cable and main cooker breaker.
If the cable is not thick enough for the oven, you cannot increase the breaker size!
The breaker may of course be faulty, measure the current draw as the brealer trips.
