Most likely defrost drain is clogged

make sure its warm before you try to unclip the panel they are brittle but they do unclip.

first indication is a faulty thermostat

I found loose wires under the top right hinge, where you will find a small connector block. Put the loose wires back in and hey preso the lights were back on, the water and ice defenses worked and the fault code was cleared

in both compartments or just one if one which one

as these are electronic it is hard to say without the right testing equipment

one of two faults first is the fan that blowscold air from the freezer ro the fridge is not working a very common fault with them or the defrost element has blown and the airway is choked up with ice

most likely it needs the thermostat replacing it is possible to by pass it to see if it will run if it does replace thermostat, if not then motor relay or motor fault

it depends on the model

there is an electronic fault and can only be found with the right test equipment

ok thats a defrost element like in a stove but not as hot its located in behind the paneling in the freezer

there isnt one its all computerized

its built into the computer

You could switch it off so it defrosts this may fix it , if not check the thermostat and the automatic defrost cycle.
