Weber sells conversion kits. Basically, you need a new regulator and manifold to accommodate LP instead of the existing regulator/manifold setup for natural gas. Unfortunately, Weber does not sell their parts online. Their parts phone # is: 877-731-8081

I have a almost new grill. It suddenly will not

To solve this problem, first be sure you have adequate gas in the tank. If that checks out OK, do the following:

1. Turn the gas tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.

2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.

3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).

4. Once the tank valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and set the burner
control knob on HIGH. Does the flame height look correct for being set on HIGH? If so, light
the remaining burners the same way. Do all the burner flames look correct? If so, you solved
the problem. Remember, to always open the tank valve Very, Very Slowly.

If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. It runs about $30.00 at any home center or hardware store that sells grills & accessories. If you replace it, turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.

I hope this helped you t0 troubleshoot and solve the problem. Happy Grilling!!

Crossover does not ignite

The gas ports on the burner that feeds the cross over may be blocked. You have to remove the cooking grates and flame tamers. Light the grill and make sure all the ports are open on the burner that lights with the igniter. If the flame stops along the burner, then it will not light the cross over to the next burner.

How to dismantle to transport

If you want to totally dismantle it, here's a link to the assembly manual for your model grill. I would think that just remove the grill, side burner shelf and the other side shelf would suffice. if you remove the grill grates and flame tamers. In other words anything that's loose in side the grill. If you want to dismantle it all piece by piece, you the link and do everything in reverse.

Gas grill wont lite manuallly

Do you mean it won't match light or the ignitor won't spark and light the burners? Or both?

If it won't match light or the ignitor sparks, but the burners don't light, that means you're not getting gas to the burners.

Check to the tank valve and make sure it's turned ON. Also, make sure that there's gas in the tank.
If both of those check out as OK, turn the gas tank valve OFF. Disconnect the hose from the tank and wait 5 minutes. Reconnect the hose to the tank and turn the tank valve ON VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow). Once the valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and turn it to HIGH. Did the burner light and the flame height looks correct? If so, light the remaining burners following the same procedure. Now, are they all lit and the flames heights look correct? If so, you solve the problem. Just remember to always open the tank valve very, very slowly.

if the burners failed to light. Remove and clean all the burners, as well as the venturi valve on the open of each burner. Spiders like to build nest in the venturi valves.

if cleaning the burners did not solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's hose/regulator assembly. You can find it in any home center or hardware store that sells gas grills and accessories, for about $30.00. Take you old one with you for comparison purposes.

Hope this helped you troubleshoot and solve the problem. Please be kind enough to let me know. Thanks and Happy grilling!!
