Our power went out and now my furnace does not

You problaby tripped a reset, if it was running when the power went out, the blower would stop, so the heat builds up and trips the resets.
They are programmed to default to blower on when it comes back on, to cool the heat exchanger. Depending on the brand and model, there will be 2 to 4 limit switched, one by the flue pipe, some by the burners and one on the front of the furnace, just above the burners, that one should have 2 screws in it, remove them and pull it out, this one has no reset, you need to ohm it out, if it is bad, replace it.
Have a great day.

Have comfortmaker furnace. 4-yr old. used maybe 30

When you replaced the igniter did you touch the metal part of the igniter? If you touched it then the igniter may be bad again. I think the pressure switch may be stuck. The pressure switch is round may be plastic or silver metal, it will have one or two rubber hoses on it. Pull the hoses off the switch and blow through it to clear hose to furnace. If you furnace is a 90% efficiency model then your drain going outside may be frozen and if it is then cut the drain so that only 6" sticks outside the structure.

I have just had a Comfort Zone CZ230ER heater installed in my garage. The room temp sensor is reading in reverse, Goes up as the room cools and goes down as the room warms.

That would be a warranty issue, but wonder if you are reading set temperature, ambient temperature or 'set back' temperature? Contact the maker.

E1 error code on a cz220 comfort zone model heater what does it mean

The E1 error code on a Comfort Zone CZ220 heater indicates a problem with the high-temperature limit switch. This switch is a safety feature that shuts off the heater if it overheats. To clear the error code, you can try resetting the heater by unplugging it from the power outlet and waiting for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in. If the error code persists, it may indicate a more serious issue with the heater that requires professional repair.

Comfort Zone CZ230ER doesn't cool down to setpoint and shuts off

If your Comfort Zone CZ230ER is not cooling down to the setpoint and shutting off, there could be several potential issues causing this problem. Here are a few things to check:
  1. Check the air filter: A dirty or clogged air filter can restrict airflow and cause the unit to overheat. Be sure to clean or replace the air filter as needed.
  2. Check the thermostat: If the thermostat is faulty, it may not be accurately sensing the temperature in the room, which can prevent the unit from cycling properly. Try replacing the thermostat to see if that resolves the issue.
  3. Check for leaks: If the refrigerant level is low due to a leak, the unit may not be able to cool properly. Have a professional inspect the unit for leaks and repair them as needed.
  4. Check the compressor: If the compressor is faulty, it may not be able to properly circulate refrigerant through the system, which can prevent the unit from cooling. A professional will need to diagnose and repair any issues with the compressor.
  5. Check the fan motor: If the fan motor is not functioning properly, it can prevent the unit from properly circulating air, which can cause it to overheat and shut off prematurely. Check to see if the fan is running smoothly and replace the motor if necessary.
If you are unsure how to perform any of these checks or repairs, it's best to consult a professional HVAC technician.

I have a Comfort Zone fireplace heater model CZFP20M. The artificial flame stopped working. Is there a fuse inside? Anyone else have this problem? The heater still works btw.

It is possible that there is a fuse inside the Comfort Zone Fireplace Heater model # CZFP20M that has blown, causing the artificial flame to stop working. You should check the owner's manual or contact the manufacturer to determine if there is a fuse in the unit and where it is located. It's also possible that the artificial flame stopped working due to a malfunction in the control module or other electrical component. In this case, it's recommended to get the unit inspected by a professional technician. It's not uncommon for artificial flames to stop working, it could be due to a variety of issues such as a malfunction in the control module, a blown fuse, or a problem with the artificial flame itself. I recommend checking the owner's manual or contacting the manufacturer for troubleshooting steps or to see if there have been any known issues with the model you have. If you are unable to find a resolution or the problem persist, it's always best to get the unit inspected by a professional technician.
