If the TV and Unit have what's called an ARC socket, then you can purchase an ARC HDMI cable and this will pass both sound and picture between the TV and Audio unit. If it has not, then you will need to connect the sound via either an optical cable or RF cable. Some TV's have only one ARC HDMI socket, so make certain you get the right one!
