They all are pretty much the same..any 9 volt should work..see if you can find how much MA power your origional has.would be something like MA400. MA500. Etc. the more MA the longer the charge will last..JUST MAKE SURE IT IS NINE VOLTS.. GOOD LUCK

How do I ge
my number to be displayed on my outgoing calls
In order for your number to appear on telephone Caller ID (CID) display screens, the person you're calling must subscribe to CID service AND you must have a published phone number (that isn't being "blocked"). Some phone companies allow published numbers to be selectively blocked on a per call basis or on all calls until the block is removed.
If your information is being broadcast incorrectly or not at all, you should contact your phone service provider.

Why cant i use my speakerphone anymore?
Most likely cause is power supply has shorted functions possibly due to overcharging or power surge I suggest openin up one of the handsets to look for burns on board or loose connections also if there is moisture or metal shavings

Ex29382 1a
Hi Wendy - GE writes their numbers differently in "public" than they do when you're looking for something. It looks like your 29382 1a is actually 2-9382, and you can find the manual for that at this link:
http://www.manualslib.com/products/Ge-2-9382-222294.html
They also have links for many other phones and you can download them (or just view them) as PDF's free of charge.
