With the handset down on the phone. using the dialpad push 42 + Extension number of the phone that is flashing.

the beping is probably a incoming call try pressing the flash button on you phone

You have to go in to the master programming menu. If you call from a outside line wait until the voice mail answers then press# then #00 password 9#56 and follow the prompts

press transfer 200 1234 volume button to enable program then transfer then do transfer 505 change date and time then press transfer

Hi, the screens do go, however it sometimes comes back if you unplug the handset from the wall socket, then plug back in. Your maintenace supplier will tell you if you are covered for a new handset. If not new handsets are available at;

At any phone without picking up the handset. Press transfer, dial 200, Passcode is 1234, press 1 again, then press speaker.

W MMDDYY 00:00
W=day of week (1=monday....7=Sunday)
MM=month in 2 digit
DD=day in 2 digit
YY=Year in 2 digit
Enter time in military time.
Press Transfer to finish

hi, with the handset down dial Transfer 114 then either use the volume key to scroll up and down the range or you can use the number buttons from 1 to 8 ( 1 being the quietest, 8 being the loudest). I've posted a video for you off http://www.abbeytelecom.com refering to handset volume.

HI, the phones which you don't want to ring put into Do Not Disturb, do this by dialing ( with the handset down ) 401 on their return dial 400 to clear DND. I've posted you a video from ://www.abbeytelecom.com there are loads on here which are really helpful.

Hi, this sounds like the actual handset you are dialing is faulty, or the socket on the wall if it has suddenly started happening, it would help to check that it is patched correctly too.

if you follow the the video I have posted you should be able to tag inbound DDIs, the phone used is the new 14 btn samsung handset, the soft buttons an a 12 btn handset are down the side but apart from that the softkeys are the same. go to http://www.abbeytelecom.com for more of these.

Hi you need to do this in 2 parts - firstly to add yourself to group 501 follow the step-by-step instructions which are on the video I have posted. Then follow this to add a mobile number to the directory;

Press the TSFR key

Enter 200

Enter code 1234

=/- key to enable

Speaker key

dial 705

I.e. once in 705

Type in speed number, the cursor will tab over to speed dial slot.

Enter 9 followed by the phone number.

Press 12th button down,

Enter name,

Press 12th button. (You will be back at the speed dial.)

Press tab, then enter the next speed dial slot you wish to program.

NB- ( 705 - Speed dial 12th Button down to toggle between)

( 706 - Speed Name the 2 MMC
