Panasonic KX-T7433 Voicemail Issues. How do I reset to allow us to turn the voicemail functions back on?
VTR-165 is a transfer key. You said OLD system. You should look at the VM box and post the model after being sure it has a solid green light on it..
Was the phone system ALSO defaulted as there is software at the KSU as well?
Older TVA systems were normally configured to use intercom 165 to manually select the VM.
TVS systems could have been any extention but most installers used the last ports on a card. Like 15-16 or 23-24 and put them in a hunt group (default 165) for access
I hope it isn't a TVS as you will need a PC with Procomm, hyperterminal or Telnet as well as a null modem (and I do not mean a USB conversion) just to be able to access it.
Panasonic kx t7731 delete night mode (permanently) same message all the time
This is a function of WHATEVER voicemail package you have. We are technicians here NOT mind readers.
I'm going to guess you have a TVA voicemail. You need proprietary software to access it as well as the password.
It all depends on how it was set up. Do you manually toggle day/night or is it done by the clock?
(MOST LIKELY) way to fix this for you.
Once in go to services expand the boxes and you should see company greeting and the number of the CO greeting to use for day and further below for night. Make them both 1.
Need to turn call forwarding off on panasonic serial # EC500231744
I will never understand why people post here without giving sufficient information.
If you are on a land line most carriers use *73 to turn off the forward. get dialtone, *73 and it will probably beep at you to let you know it worked
As you said Panasonic it is possible you are behind a phone SYSTEM. odds are good it would be intercom *7100
How to unlock the dial lock in Panasonic kx- tg3611sx?
To toggle the dial lock on and off on the Panasonic KX-TG361 series phones, make sure that the handset is in standby mode (no active calls). Then press Menu (the middle button below the LCD screen) on the handset. Press # 2 5 1. Enter the password that was used to enable the dial lock. Press the soft key for Save then select Yes, and then Select/Save and press Off. You could alternatively navigate through the menus using the up/down arrows. Press Select to enter an menu level or item.
Panasonic has the manual for the KX-TG361 on the product support page:
http://www.panasonic.ae/EN/Manuals/KX-TG3611.pdf . The current direct link to the manual is
http://www.panasonic.ae/EN/Manuals/KX-TG3611.pdf . See page 13 for the dial lock directions. Page 30 of the manual has an alternative way to deal with a forgotten password. Type in the given 5 characters after pressing Menu # 2 5 1.
I hope this helps.

My Panasonic KX-TG2740 will not keep correct time.
If you are subscribed to Caller ID from your phone company, the unit's date and time setting will be automatically adjusted when caller information is received. If you do not wish for this feature to work, press [MENU][#][2][2][6] on the handset, then press [0] to select "Manual" and press [SAVE]
Can't turn ringer on cordless panasonic KX-TGA402C phone. How do i turn it on?
KX-TGA402C is the included handset for a Panasonic cordless phone system like the KX-TG4011C. You should be able to adjust the ringer volume from the Initial Settings menu. With the phone system in standby, press Menu on one handset. Use the Up/Down arrows to locate the Initial Settings. Press OK. Then select Ringer settings and press OK. Select Ringer Volume and press OK. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired Ringer volume and press OK to save. Press Exit to leave the menu system. Alternatively, you can adjust the ringer volume by pressing the Volume Up/Down buttons while the phone is ringing.
The manual for the KX-TG4011 is available from Panasonic here:
ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg4011_mul_om.pdf . If the above steps aren't working, check that your handset and phone base are properly paired (registered handset). Also check that the base has power and connected to a working phone line. Also make sure that the handset is fully charged.
I hope this helps.
