Is this happening to all of the phones? Your category says that 4 phones are in the set, if I am incorrect, please let me know.

This is caused by a faulty battery The battery is either going out or has a problem keeping charge. This can be caused by the age of the phone, usage time and/or quality of the battery.

If the phone is under one year old, I would recommend checking the manufacturer's website for recalls. if no recalls, you should still qualify for warranty and should contact them. They will replace the battery if it is damaged or faulty on their end.

Another option is to purchase a new battery off of eBay.com. You can save up to 75% off the OEM price. To see which type of battery you need, on the handset, slide down the door where your palm rests and the door will come off. The battery will have a part number for replacement. Search eBay with this part number.

Hi,

There is usually only 3 problems with caller ID boxes.

1. Low Battery
2. Reversed Polarity on lines
3. Unit is Terminal Needs Replacing
4. LCD screen is at fault

In case, it's 2 or 3,4 You need to send it for repair.

Put it on Silent mode before you turn it off.

i have found baby wipes are the best for cleaning keys on phones, especially for removing face makeup residue.

It sounds like the phone system base station is burned out.

Press the mute button to turn mute off.

I don't think that is possible on that model of phone. This is a phone with only the basic features and a fixed ringtone.
