under the dash there should be 1 or 2 red wires going into the the 477T, take the fuse out of the holder and try to start your car with the key, if it still doesn't start there might be a start kill relay hooked to the starter look for a small black cube with 4 wires going into it, it will be hooked to your starter wire, if you use a jumper wire and hook it to pin 30 and 87 it will bypass the relay and your car should start

It sounds like the system needs tach sensor reprogramming. The remote start system may have a tachometer sensing mode where the system "knows" that the car is running and to stop cranking the starter when when the engine is running. Generally when the vehicles battery is disconnected the system "forgets" the setting of the tachometer at idle which is programmed at the time if installation. Take it to a remote start installation store for this or get a hold of a maual for your system and shouldnt be too dificult to program.
