First before trying to repair the remote lets try to just reprogram it. The easiest way to do this is to do a search. 1st Turn the tv on, then on the remote press and hold the tv button until it flashes. Next press the tv power button. Next press the up arrow button slowly until the tv turns off. Then hit the # key. You have a dual receiver and 2 remotes. make sure that receiver is in dual mode. That you press the sat key on remote 2 if it will still not operate take remote 2 to the receiver.
