lcd will need replacing and it is fiddly and best left to the experts, the lcd only has 1 plug but to get to it you have to take the phone apart and get to the other side and you are liable to break something if you try yourself

Is the phone in warranty period? If it is, then exchange the phone.

If it is not in warranty period...

try changing the battery. If you have another same kind of battery, try inserting that one. If the mobile works, then buy a new battery.

Here, the probable reason is...
1. the battery is not working OR
2. It is not charging (Bad Charger).

In order to unlock your device you will need to contact your service provider. They will have the code that you need to do this. They should also be able to walk through the menus with you in your specific device.

Only java application will work in sony erricson
.. make sure you download the application/games are java application....if its perfect delete that application and reinstall it

to unlock your phone and use it on another network you need to get the unlock code from your service provider

GO to www.sonyericsson.com & download the PC suite for your phone & enjoy all the features as required by you.

Copy these files to your memory card ( make 'others' folder and copy).
Then browse to this 'others' folder through your mobile phone.
Then open the jar/jad file. Phone will prompt for installation and proceed with the installation. It will ask for where to install the software. Choose Application folder in your phone memory and the pdf viewer software will get installed. Then when you want to view a PDF it and you click on it, the PDF will open up automatically for you.

Dear,usually there no need to install sofware for sonyericsson.u just plug in usb cable and select FILES TRANSFER from ur fone and cancel any window appears in computer regarding installing driver.then ur fone will restart and ur fone will connect with ur computer

Its a software complaint...so please find your nearest sony ericsson service dealer and reinstall the software.
