Rhis problem is caused by entring error pin for 3 or more times.

For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 12345 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

Go to settings and restore the phone to factory settings

In case you want to format your memory card you can do it using a card reader or directly connecting the phone to pc with a data cable.

This often happens because of a faulty display, poor connection or a faulty mainboard on the phone.

if reconnecting the display doesn't help, and if replacing the screen does not help, then the phone is faulty, it needs to be repaired by a experienced professional, as the phone is too small and complex to be repaired at home in most cases.

in most cases the repairer will simply replace the mainboard to another one.

If you are outside of warranty, I might consider a new phone, if you are in warranty, use it.

You have to update / reprogram the phone's firmware, it is easy for an End User, all you need is the USB Data cable of your phone, if you have it then proceed, if you didn't have one then do note, there is no code or something similar to format the SE phone, don't get fooled by anyone. I've done is many times, so I'm telling you on the behalf of my experience. This is a famous issue with SE phones called WSOD (White screen of death).

Ok now if you got the cable, download the Update utility from the link I've provided below, all you have to do is to download the utility, install it and run the application, it will automatically check for updates and then the wizard will guide you accordingly on how and when to connect the phone. Its easy and I'm 99% sure this will resolve your problem, the 1% is reserved in case there is some hardware issue.

bring it to any mobile shop who do unlocking. you cannot unlock it yourself if you're not an expert.

No one provide you free unlock code. If anyone provides some codes and that code does not work then your phone will permanently locked. Codes generate from server based on your IMEI so nobody will give you free.
There can be many ways to get your unlock code. If your contract period is complete you can ask your cellular operator for the unlock code. But, they do make it very difficult for you to get the code.

If I've understood your query well, you are asking about the data transfer from PC to your Mobile, that is K610i.
If this is the case it as easy as 123, all you want is the USB Data Cable and PC Suite, If you got the cable then you can download the Suite from the link I've provided below. Download it, install it and run the application, plug in the phone with the cable. You PC Suite will detect the phone automatically. After it is connected, just click the FILES button from the Right Side menu, it will open two cascade windows the left one will show your PC Stuff and right side will show you your Phone's stuff, you can transfer data from either end with the help of buttons between.

This can mean a couple different things. Flashing can refer to just updating its firmware(or internal Operating system) or it can mean illegally making a phone use a different number (also called cloneing)

Check your charger, also perform a load test on the battery at a cell phone repair shop,try swapping the battery as well.
