That indicates a problem with the battery.Try a reset first.

Connect the phone to the power adapter and then press and hold the power button for more then 1 min.If it still doesn't turn on then remove the battery and sim from the back and then insert the sim back again and hold the power key for more then a min.Make sure you don't insert the battery now.Let me know the result.

there is only one way,

you have to upgrade your software because sony ericsson phones cant be unlocked by imei

this sounds like a defective battery, replace that 1st, or if you like take this to a shop that sells and services cell phones, they will take a look at it and tell you what is needed, in most cases this is free because they want the business from you.

firstly u have to download sony ericcson pc suite
then dowload update service
now follow the instructions given
n ur phones software is now updated

Thats a normal situation evevery cell has two speakers one is for normal conversation and the other one is for loud music n all your normal speaker has died either u need to replace it. Hope its not embeded on your main board.

try resetting its settings to factory setting or try reformatting it.

I got the same problem with my phone. I've looked on Google and searched everywhere for a possible solution. It says the only way to solve this problem yourself is to Reflash your FS and Custpack/CDA. Here is the website i got it from http://www.akshayy.com/sonyericsson/others/operation-failed-issue/
I have tried this myself and i would advise you to try this only if you really need to!! After i tried this somehow it changed the model of my phone from a K610i to a K610im and now i don't know to solve this problem! after all this i really don't think it is worth it just so you can play games!!

Please ensure that all drivers are installed. Check in device manager.
Right click on my computer and select properties. Then select the hardware tab and device manager in that section. If any drivers are not installed properly they will appear with a yellow exclamation mark. Reinstall these.

If all drivers are installed correctly check the contacts on the phone as sometimes the tend to get dirty and block the signal. also check if cable is faulty.

Got that same problem before with my sony handset. It may be a virus or a software problem.
Basic troubleshooting steps.
1. Remove battery for 5 mins insert and turn on. Make sure battery is not empty.
2. Run a virus scan on your phone.
if nothing happens just bring it to a nearest repair store. Still under warranty period? also bring it with you reciept to a nearest Sony Repair Store.
