my mobile phone SGH-U708E will shut down without any reason suddenly while making a phone call, it will show the error code"3D010017" after restart it.

I can receive the call from outsider but wont be able to make call to outsider. When I trying to dial out to somebody it says "number FDN restricted" Please help.

What does it mean when registering it n says "your sim card does not allow a connection to this network" n how do I get it to work?

The first thing you can do if you think there is aproblem with the phone settings is that :
Go into network setings of the phone and choose MANUAL in the Network selection. Then you can search for the Lebara network manually and select it, if it works.
Or if it doesnt work, then the phone probably might have been locked. Just check it once, using any other network simcards it your phone. If it is locked, you can easily get it unlocked in your local market.
