for Format(Reset) the mobile enter the code *#7780# it will ask for security code, enter your mobile's security code(Default nokia security code is 12345), now your mobile reset. it is done.

If u are a Technician then open ur mobile handset by T-6 screw driver and firstly wash ur network antina and IC areas by a toothbrash with PCB cleaner.Check the network connecter make a jumper from network connecter to connecter pins by micro soldering IRON and give some hot air to network IC with pest.If u are not a technician then its better to go ur nearest NOKIA care center.If u are saticfied withmy information then please vote me. if you have trojan virus in your phone , first you have to clean it up using an original antivirus software. do it first and reset your phone to factory settings again. your problem will be solved

if that is a smartphone then change it or reinstall it .. hopefully thats not a smartfone as of i think .. so just check whether your battery is intact with the two pins giving connection .. as slight disconnection in some position can't be seen and powers off mobile when that connection breaks.. use some thing else like paper to make it more firm and then try

You may go to "menu", find setting, choose storage for Memory Card.

Nokia 6300 uses a MicroSD card. If you could not save any files in it even though it's reformatted, try to remove the memory card from it and then put it back in. If you get the same problem, try to use the memory card in another phone so that you could see if you need to buy a new memory card.

But based on the problem, I could see that you really need to buy a new card.
